Works well but the only attachment that I would recommend is the largest CPS011 the rest are way to small to do the job. Matter fact they should make larger sizes.

This tool is well made and simplifies maneuvering the interdental brush particularly on back molars. It also has a good grip and a tighter hold on the brushes, which don't bend as easily as with the original plastic holder (my plastic holder actually broke after a few months of use). The feature of having a brush on both ends is great! I use 4 different size brushes, so with 2 holders, no need to be constantly swapping out brushes. I am very happy and satisfied with this new aluminum holder and have already recommended it to others.
